We want you to love your new gear, which is why Crazy Shirts offers a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether it's a size swap or a style change, we've got you covered to ensure you stay comfortable in our signature apparel.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to pick out a different design.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
